Registration
1.Please register your personal information online. The registered personal information will be used for chest plate printing. After successful registration, the mailbox filled in at the time of registration will automatically receive a link to the application invoice. Participants can apply for the invoice through the link, or return to "My Account" to apply for the invoice.
2.Participants who can only pay on-site due to special circumstances should also submit registration information in advance so that conference staff can make site arrangements.

Registration Categories and Fees
Please select the registration category according to your own situation. On-line registration deadline: November 22nd, 2019. Each Conference paper requires at least one author to register as Regular.

Registration Policy
1."ICVRV 2019 registration fee"is collected by Wuhan Chytey Information Technology Co., Ltd., and the "conference fee" invoice is issued. Please pay the registration fee by international credit card,e-bank,Alipay or WeChat payment.
2.On-line registration deadline: November 22, 2019. On-site registration date: November 21, 2019 - November 24, 2019. 
3.Each accepted paper requires an author to complete the Regular registration; if one author has multiple papers, please register separately. Otherwise, the paper recommendation will not be finished. 
4.If more than one author participate, except one is required registration, the other authors register as the general registration category, and students register as student registration category.

5.Non-paper authors register as the general registration category. IEEE,CCF,CSF and CSIG members can register as the member registration category.
